Kingston, NY

It was a day that started out foggy and heavy rain, but by the time we reached Kingston the sun was out.

Kingston is a city 91 miles north ofNew York City and 59 miles south of Albany. It became New York's first capital in 1777, and was burned by the British on October 13, 1777, after the Battles of Saratoga.

We had a great dinner at Savona's Trattoria and then played some fetch with Mr Luke.

Nice little downtown

Good morning from Kingston

Ok, small world. Does anyone from our home port, Newburyport, MA recognize this boat? “Gumbo” was on a mooring at Merri-Mar Yacht Basin a couple years ago!

Another great day.... and one tired pup!

Mr Luke taking a break from playing fetch. He’s so happy when we play with a ball!

Time for a drink

Here are some other pics taken on our cruise from Half Moon Bay marina to Kingston City Marina.
